Frequently Asked Questions

WARNING:  This inflatable spa product is no longer available for sale. I would encourage you to look at the rest of the Dream Maker Spas and consider a fully insulated and fully featured spa instead of the inflatable spa.

Is the spa new in the box? Or has it been opened?

You will be receiving a brand new – unopened spa direct from the Dream Maker Spas warehouse.

How long will it take me to get my hot tub?

Depending on the time of day you place your order, your spa will either ship out the same day or the following business day. They ship from the Dream Maker Spas warehouse in Florida and will ship via UPS Ground delivery. Transit time varies from 1 – 7 business days depending on where you live.

Are there any special delivery instructions?

Yes, you will be required to sign to accept delivery from UPS. If the box appears damaged or punctured, open the package and make sure the tub is not damaged or punctured before you accept delivery. YES, make the UPS man wait if you have reason to be concerned. Once you accept delivery, you are accepting the tub as is.

Do I need any special electrical connection for the inflatable hot tub?

No, the inflatable hot tub plugs into a standard 110V electrical outlet and has a built in GFI pretector built right into the cord.

Does the tub come with a cover?

Yes, Dream Maker engineered a special inflatable cover for this tub. Many of the inflatable spa competitors just use a flat vinyl cover which can pool water and make it difficult to take the cover off without the dirty pooled water on top from spilling into the tub. The inflatable cover allows the water to run off eliminating this probelm

Can I use the hot tub in winter?

No, Due to the lack of insulation – this is typically a three season tub and can maintain hot tub water temperatures in climates as low as 40 degrees. Do not try to run it in freezing temperatures or you can freeze the internal plumbing and damage the tub. Really, empty and deflate the tub during the winter.

How do I inflate the hot tub?

The Dream Maker Spas Xtreme Inflatable hot tub is self inflatable. It actually uses the water pump to blow itself up. It is really quite cool watching it inflate.

Do chemicals come with the kit?

No, due to the shipping hassles of shipping chemicals – we have chosen not to offer chemicals with the tub. Walmart, Lowes, Home depot or any pool or spa dealer near you can supply the needed chemicals. Be sure you know that the tub holds 250 gallons when figuring out how much chemicals to use.

Do filters come with the tub?

Yes, you get two filters with the tub.
