Your new inflatable hot tub will ship via UPS ground from our warehouse in Florida.  Transit time will be approximately 1 – 10 business days depending on where you live.

It will be your responsibility to accept delivery and verify that the box and contents has not been damaged in transit.   If the box looks visibly damaged or torn – make the delivery man wait while you open the box.

It is not likely to have impact damage, however, if it looks like the box was punctured – it could cause the inflatable tub to not hold air.
